Passports

Need a passport? Get one from Lalaland.

I'm not kidding! You can pay $10 (+ $2 for (sic) handling and shipping). I'm actually tempted!

Insanity

Apparently at BYU, adults need to be treated like children. Don't believe me? See for yourself here.

The only thing I wonder is whether going there makes one need to be treated like a child or whether the need to be treated like a child makes one go there.

UPDATE: Just so there's no confusion. Click on the "bars" at the link above and you'll see clearly what I mean. Click around and find the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles one or the Lucky Charms one... ridiculous.

Kill Bird?

When ever I hear this song I end up whistling it for hours. I guess the bird feels the same.

Menno in Medschool

A long time ago, I posted about a friend's video that he posted on YouTube. Mennos in Medschool was the theme. (See installment one here and two here.) Now, there is installment 3, titled: "Menno in Med School Part 3: The End CaRMeth." Watch it below and then go and leave Jeff a comment here.

While I was watching this video, I noticed this other video, "Matrix 101: The Med School."

Geography Nuts

I'm not a map addict, but these quizzes are fun. Have a go at:

50 US States in 10 minutes

198 Countries in 10 minutes

Random Geography Quizzes

These are colossal time wasters so don't go to these sites unless you really don't have anything else to do.

This made me laugh

So, it's been a while.

This post isn't going to be anything spectacular, but this little video did make me smile. So, without further adieu, here's Nora:

Autism and Basketball

Now, THAT is a cool story.

Too Much to Carry?

Ever had one of those moments where you're trying to carry coffee, a newspaper, and some cookies and then you need to open a door? It was too much wasn't it. Even if you put the newspaper under your arm or between your knees.

For those situations you need this:

Sometimes it’s the most simple of tasks that present a design conundrum. This designers conundrum, in the absence of a plate, where does one place one’s cookies between dips? The solution: a witty dual purpose ceramic drinking mug. At the base of the mug is a circular cavity designed to hold three biscuits. Thus, creating a simple and easy way to store and carry your biscuits.

Long and Perhaps Tedious

But worth it, I think.

This is a cool video of useless machines that people have built. Although useless, the machines definately have a cool factor to write about.
